Hostal Le Petit Palú is part of a chain of hostels located in the heart of Madrid. Its name means “the little dream” in the indigenous language “guajira”, a state of Venezuela where its creator is from.
Le Petit Palü is located in the well-known Fuencarral neighbourhood, in a restored 19th century building. The interior design is by Marilyn López de la Franca, who developed a minimalist concept where the small spaces are pampered down to the last detail. Intimate ambiences, a play of light that protects the intimacy of the guests propose “the comfort of the essence of a home” as defined by Marilyn herself and who, through her interior design proposal, invites her guests to enjoy the energy of rest.

Roberto Delgado, its director, who had decided to start his new hotel project in the middle of the pandemic, decided to trust Avirato as the technological tool that would help him in the daily management of the establishment. When he used it, he noted how simple it was to use.
“We had tried some previous PMSs and they were very complicated when it came to managing the day-to-day, collections and invoices, and I was very impressed when I hired Avirato, because I didn’t believe it. It’s very practical from a user perspective and it’s all on one screen”.
He also highlighted the versatility and “multi-functionality” of the system.
“Everything is very visual, you can make changes easily and it’s a multifunctional programme. I didn’t think something could be so easy and intuitive.”
Roberto currently manages 2 hostels and more than 70 rooms between Fuencarral and Ópera.
