Does it work by voice?

Yes. You can dictate the question from your phone or tablet and listen to or read the answer. It is useful at the front desk, on a walk round the hotel or while you take a booking call.

How does it make sure the data is correct?

Because it doesn't make anything up. It reads the Avirato PMS calendar, bookings and rates directly at the moment you ask. If a figure changes, the next answer already reflects it.

Any PMS user with permissions, management, front desk, revenue or administration. Each gets answers within what their role can see. Users are unlimited and carry no extra cost.
