A PMS (property management system) is the software used to run the day-to-day business of a property: the room calendar, bookings, check-in and check-out, invoicing, payments, housekeeping and each guest's record. It is the hotel's central system, and the other tools (channel manager, booking engine, revenue management) connect to it. With Avirato, all of these come in the same product.

Avirato automatically generates and sends the police guest registration reports to the authorities, issues electronic invoices and receipts in line with the requirements of Spain's tax agency (Agencia Tributaria) and is VeriFactu certified. It also includes staff working-time recording. It is designed so that Spanish regulations are met automatically, with no external tools.
